China reportedly leverages ties to numerous U.S. universities to gather confidential information in order to bolster the military-industrial complex nuclear and cyber-espionage programs.
In December, an American think Tank, Foundation for Défense of Democracies (FDD) announced that the so gathered data is being used to enhance China’s military modernization and achieve “Chinese military dominance,” as per the International Forum for Rights and Security.
